Refund policy

You can ask for a full refund of MapleQuiz Pro within 14 days of payment if you have not used it.

Used means you opened a paid question (sessions 2–30, mock tests 2–30 or a study-plan practice set). Free questions, including session 1 and mock test 1, do not count.

To ask for a refund, email the support address shown on your account page from the email you signed in with. Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe. Your access ends when the refund is made.

MapleQuiz Pro never renews by itself, so there is nothing to cancel.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under consumer protection law in your province.
